The luxury style condo is designed to provide big open plan areas for hosting your friends and displaying your trophies, while still providing a large private apartment room above. There is a moderate size shelter area for a personal vehicle to be parked, allowing for off-street parking and mild protection against the weather, should the environment be a little rough. Built on the lowest of the constructs grid structure, this spacious condo provides ample opportunity for further expansion outwards & upwards, should the new owners wish to add on a 3rd floor or simply add another room over the sheltered parking. Medium core variant of the Deluxe pads at the store location they use the same type of voxels the ones that where built where in a different color to show the flexability of the pads as far as matching whatever you want to use them for. The pads in the pictures are a grouping of 6 pads set to a center 7th core that a customer wanted. Warp Cell Cube Design inspired by the famous Mario Bros Warp Cube, this XS Core is packed to the bone with industrial machines and design to have a production capacity of 520 warp cells per day, needing only to feed with the 10 ores required for warp cell production, Pure Hydrogen and the 6 schematics needed for warp cell production. The wooden style condo is designed to provide plenty of open plan areas for showing off your decorations and trophies, while still being able to segregate areas for certain tasks. The balcony at the back of the 2nd floor provides a great opportunity for spectacular views, while on the ground floor, a dirt bed in front of the large windows provides a natural touch. Built on the middle of the construction grid allows for the owners to expand downwards to provide several basement levels. With plenty of ground space around the condo, several personal speeders can be parked nearby and/or develop more landscaping for natural views and enjoyments.
