The original designs called for a fast boat that could fit many different types of ship hangars, thus the resulting conceot was that of a very slender ship hull. That in return resulted in a low drag amount and therefore high possible speeds if powered asequatly. This is upgraded version of my previous art-build "Phantom". It's now equipped with DSAT (deep space asteroid tracker), warp drive, more containers, more wings, added vertical boosters on separate tank, added more atmo and space brakes, also removed 2x L atmo engines as they're not needed. slight improvements on voxelwork, but nothing major. also added another level of interior, which is kind of "meh", but it's only so that you can access DSAT from inside the ship. just an upper deck. NOTE - specs highly depend on YOUR talents, if you're not getting as high specs as i have listed, then either train your talents or ask someone to apply their talents on it. Ikarus Industries presents the medium core Minotaur. The Minotaur is equipped with 8 large basic atmo and 8 large uncommon military space engines. Has downward and strafe space thrust to help land on asteroids and space stations. There is a total of 2 large containers on a hub. Comes with fully developed interior which includes four bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Coffee maker, vending machine, common area and bridge. Tested with 1.2kt and was able to leave Alioth with Tier 4 put downs and pilot skill. Could probably do a little bit more. All stats are with tier 4 put downs with tier 5 atmo engine put down. DM Deravi#6100 on Discord, currently based out of Haven 14. I made this version after launch to be as affordable as possible. It doesn't inspire in any one category but it drags a good weight across a planet's surface and can lug a little over 100 tons into space at an angle. It works in first and third person views and is made from brick and carbon fibre so it's quite light. It ALMOST fits on an XS core but those foils are a bit tall. Has 2 S containers, 3 XS. A TIE Fighter isn't the most efficient design for a primarily atmospheric ship (those scattered S space engines are just enough to brake gravity and not much else) but it looks great and is very safe and fun to fly.
