This is the first construct I designed in beta. (Almost) free blueprint with No DRM. That means you can deploy one copy, then create your own core blueprint to make as many more as you require. Classic "Brutalist" style in concrete, iron and glass. Space for up to 8 miners. Surrogate pod for VR calibrating. Luminescent glass! Chimneys! Rotate so that corner faces you and the opening will be facing you. The concrete foundation is 7 voxels high and can be set down to accommodate most terrain on Alioth with minimal or no flattening.

Luxury pads that where originally built in beta and now redone with better skills. Large core uses mostly plastics and some wood there is a little bit of gold but not enough to break a bank! P.S. there is a little copper in the bp i havnt located yet swap this out for the gold is like 0.69m3 of it. Will be working on roads for this pad in the future thanks for looking!!! McBain Rocket Shop Showroom Floor with Attached Factory Version 1.0 This is a multi-large core build, in total there are 4 large cores, one for each pedestal, one for the factory and one for the hangar. I wanted a hangar attached to my factory, some place I can work and build XS and S ships with good lighting and manufacture tokens all in the same structure. Near future I will have attached landing pads and voxel library storage area. The showroom area is just about the length and width of a large core large enough to showcase or store several small and extra small ships. The factory is five open floors of space with a floating control center. Currently have installed enough machines to make all parts basic thru advanced and have only used a quarter of available space. There are 2 landing pads and an observation deck with elevators to move about quickly. Pedestals available if needed. 12 Large (static) core runway 2x6. full built with skirt runway is all at the top of the cores so can make skirt taller if desired to put stuff under it. Redesigns are necessary for anything smaller, this may be possible to achieve but will be at additional cost. *Can add taxiway's or possibly parking pads if needed, should be no change in price per core depending on the request.
