Selling factory housing. Got 16 levels of M cores. Hoping to bring together multiple players or orgs to exchange goods and services in this building. Got a Trade agreement between Nova Atlantis and MCRN to produce tier 1 pure, honeycombs, atmo fuel, and maybe more, while MCRN offers Warp cells and intermediary parts.
Rules: You own the core and its content, while Aquarius Enterprises owns entry into the building. You will need to buy material for your factory floor. monthly taxes and fees apply, but will be low. Checkout here:
rent: 100,000 h / month per M core to Aquarius Enterprises LLC.
Property Tax: 200,000 h / month per M core to Nova Aquarius. This also comes with parking for one S or M core ship.
buying the core will give you one free month, after that the fees and taxes kick in.
Also your more than welcome to join Nova Atlantis and determine how the tax revenue can be spent in appropriation meetings. Furthermore, Nova Atlantis and Aquarius Enterprises plans to build an exchange market adjacent to the factory where the cores reside.
