A single L core Office / Ship shop made from one of Loaded's kit. This building contains a huge 1st floor perfect for showing off your creations. The 2nd floor contains enough space for a factory.

Elevators are located at each corner and each provides access to the entire building. I did not include glass to help with resources when placing the construct.
