It allows you to create a base in the Soteria style.
It includes exterior walls, exterior floor / landing zone, barriers and lights designs.
This set was my very first creation during the alpha. It is quite simple (no advanced voxelmancy) but quite clean and easy to improve. You can imagine very interesting designs based on this set.

Blue Star
I got few comments about this issue. Sadly it is quite common with dynamic core libraries. So I've decided to put it on static core. It's less handy because you cant move it near your construction but at least it doesn't magically fly to space.
The dispenser is updated.

Sorry to say but the BP are bugged every time I tried to put it down it blow up and went into space... :(
