Feel free to come take a look at Surrogate destination "Dark Enterprise". (The name is not a reference to a mirror universe, I made the ship out of dark materials because I liked the look).
Save the waypoint from your surrogate session and pick up a blueprint any time you like.
It's a full-length L-core build. There are two options, a Voxels-Only blueprint, or a Flight-Ready blueprint. Additional info screens can be found near the surrogate pad on the ship.
Please note that there is no interior design or decoration whatsoever, and no fancy extras like warp or agg. It's mostly just the outer hull plus flight essentials. But there is plenty of space to add anything you wish and make it your own customized ship. This is why the blueprint price is so low for the ship size. It is meant to be affordable and nice to have.
Note: The store page stats are based on T1 elements without talent bonuses.

Does your flight ready BP come with all the parts? And how many containers do I need to have to pick them up?

Hi cptgaryklein, at the moment it's parked at Alioth Market 2, and there are dispensers on board with blueprints. There is also a surrogate pad on board so you can always find out where it is by visiting "Dark Enterprise" in a VR station.

@soahc7562 Last time I made an estimate it would have been somewhere between 10 and 15 million I think. These are just basic T1 elements and only the essentials to fly (so for example no warp or agg, nor territory scanners or containers, etc).

Also there are blueprint dispensers near the surrogate pod inside the ship, so you can visit any time and just buy one from the dispensers. You know how you see really nice pics in DU galleries and get excited but up close they are all bumpy and you're a perfectionist so its a let-down? Not this one. As the maker said, it's smooth as an android's bottom standing right up close, a real achievement and a steal at 5m. Completely fills large core front to back. I may graft it onto a space core to make a static space station.
