[DELETED] [DRAFT] Defense Citadel

Alioth's elite realized that in order to protect the island from raiders and bandits that even in paradise, defenses were necessary. The special police brigade required housing that allowed them to respond quickly to invaders.

Thus the "Defense Citadel" was designed and built.
