The Kestral LX2 is a great mid size hauler for personal or small team trips. As a small core, it's designed to be fast, efficient, and safe. Enhanced with Tier 4 and 5 upgrades and overpowered brakes, the Kestral is ideal for moderately experienced pilots and haulers between planets and on Alioth.
The efficient small cross design of this hauler allows it to maintain a high max atmospheric speed of 1400+ even under full load, while still comfortably fitting support stations and a resurrection node.
The Kestral is composited mostly from steel and iron, and features a secondary piloting safe-room encasing the core, to help survive a few hits if ambushed. The onboard space radar lets you identify nearby ships and stations, and includes a warp drive for safer interplanetary travel.

Have had for a few days - handles extremely well - great for mkt runs and missions - will take a max of two large pkgs off alioth - may be possible to boost that to three - you will need to add a data bank and your preferred
