[DRAFT] Hagbards Speedboat

This thing won't take you to any market
is has no cargo capacity.
it is not fast like a rocket.
but... It is probably the most fun thing to race over the ocean you've piloted in DU yet :D

- simulates physics of a speedboat including roll angles, pitch angels, waves etc.
feel how you accelerate and get to "gliding" with the boat.. take sharp turns and have a blast
- uses the innovative Hoverdrive propulsion system. no atmo engines, no boosters, no rockets. This is the most fuel effective ways of getting thrust in game so far. uses almost no fuel at all!
- fully compact-able
- only works on water ( and can "jump to your landing platform if you have no proper "marina"
yet ;-) )

Note: Be careful in case you attempt to replace hover engines as some flags/properties might get lost due to a bug in DU.. contact me if you need help with it.
