[DRAFT] Kes Class Courier 60T

A practical hybrid runaround built with utility in mind, the Kes Class Courier is the first in our economy range of noob-friendly 'minivans'. Built on an XS chassis she provides plenty of 'bang for buck'. She sports a fetching black military finish and flies like a dream.

Including a small space radar, she provides danger awareness and has space for two (rescued colleague or girlfriend/ boyfriend off to market), as well as a 'Tardis-like' M cargo capacity.

Equipped with Hovers, Vertical Thrusters and M sized fuel tanks for both space and atmo, she has legs as they say, and also includes landing gear for those early 'learning' flying experiences!
Needless to say, a resurrection node in the cockpit completes this extremely practical package.

The 'Kes' designation is courtesy of our founder, who, on witnessing the first test flight declared that she reminded him of an ancient video record about a bullied young boy and a Kestrel (a hunting bird-of-prey from Earth). Remembered as both an uplifting and sad experience we are confident the 'Kes' will mostly provide the former!

Holds 1600L Nitron and 1600L Kergon accessible through a full-sized hatch.

The low space braking figure reflects a turn-and-burn spacecraft but please enquire, as other options are available as are other finishes (The quoted figures are for a largely Iron honeycomb vehicle but your needs might favour a lighter choice).

Please Note: The M radar is replaced by an S which is sufficient at current time Nov/2020.
Some of the images are of an earlier prototype. The current build includes a Maneuver Atmo Engine L (upgradable to Military spec) rather than the 2 M engines of the prototype. All E&OE

A recent test with 68Kl of Hematite (345T) on Alioth was a hairy experience, not for the faint-hearted nor the un-skilled but was successful, and proves that this little 'comer' remains viable long after you lose that 'noob' status! We quote a safe figure of 60T.
