my latest static building is a large factory you can visit in vr seacrh for loaded industries showroom and exit that building and your find this factory across runway, this large core factory pretty much takes up the full height of a large static core and comes with 5 floors, you can copy and paste more racks and place as you need them or you can even delete all racks and turn in to a showroom or anything you like, there are 2 different blueprints one with and one without a expanded small gate so you can build without spending millions on a door that you can add later if you wished, any questions please message me on discord, location to your right for dispensers and please dont buy in VR

Superb factory. It's really huge and you can put all the factory modules you want and unlimited storage. The programming card is ready to use and screens are already placed to install the factories. This is the best factory I have seen so far and I am really glad I bought it. The details are worked on like the other constructions of Loaded, an excellent job. I deployed it on Madis and the sun reflects well with the polished aluminum. Great job, keep it up
