And ANOITHER YEAR later, about to take possession of my FOURTH DreamDesigns III Extended, Why? Because as always, Ristlin OWNS his well-earned reputation for delivering problem-free, well-handling ships which are a value....they deliver more in enjoyment/satisfaction and confidence than the cost paid to own. Worry not... No surprize that as usual someone thinks they are entitled to getting SOMETHING for NOTHING, and thus attempt to grief Ristlin to go beyond great and fair business practices...looking apparently to be given a free ship. The world has more of those people than anyone has a need for. Please try all of Ristlin's designs...like all the great ship builders in DU, his ships all deliver the satisfaction you will read about here.... from the smallest to the largest! And no, I am not paid to say any of this :-)

I made this little pleasure in token yesterday, the time to bring it back home (Thades) I could tame this superb ship and I have enormous pleasure to pilot it with the 20 containers L loaded to block.
Thanks Ristin for answering my request in the middle of the afternoon in France, and I'm really happy to have found a good "small" ship :)

Ristlin provides ships which require NO "rethinking", nor re-engineering...They out-perform what they are posted to be able to do...and have provided me, and other users I have communicated with an education about what "A REPUTABLE DEALER" CAN be in this game. Ristlin ALWAYS provides satisfaction and goes to great lengths to make sure we owners are pleased with the outcome of our interactions with DREAM DESIGNS. I can't provide a higher recommendation. Other "legendary" ship creators/dealers in DU could take notes on how Ristlin does it.

Absolutly the best ship series I have ever purchased. I have been playing since Alpha. I have always bought Ristlin's ships. They perform above and beyond. In style at that. !0 out of 10 will come back time and time again. This matt guy is crazy. He's just sour because he has no honor.

I offered to refund for 15% fee for me to dismantle or no charge if he brought back the parts. He decided to modify the ship and asked for a bulk discount for the BPs -- I offered 15m for 5 BPs since he did quite a few changes and he agreed. I stood for 20 mins while we were both in game waiting for him to respond for the trade. I had to log out so I asked him to send the payment and add policies so I can drop off the BPs in the container when I logged back on the next day. He did not send the payment despite saying that he did and did not set the proper policies for container access. About a day later he sends me 30 million and asks for double the BPs. I lost my patience, sent him back his 30 million, and blocked him on Discord. Before blocking, I had told him multiple times that I was losing my patience with him and that I preferred to end our business dealings and simply go with a refund. Don't do business with Matt-dh if you value your time.

Awful service, just bought a ship.
Ship didn't haul as it was announced, wanted to refund, he refused or asked 35% to disassemble it. Took an agreement to modify it with my work and get BP.
Had to warp back the ship, because his honor would not VR to make BP.
Then he refused to make the BP, and raised the BP price by 25%.
I do not recommend this ship dealer, not trustworthy, not convenient.
