The Salt Bike was a personal project that i undertook to design and build my own minimum viable warp shuttle for a low cost. The popularity of it within my own org eventually led me to list it here.
Deriving it's name from the fact it is made from sodium, as opposed to lithium to save on the cost of the craft while still maintaining an extremely warp friendly weight, the Salt Bike is a true 'Warp Bike'.
Two Uncommon Military Atmospheric engines will get even low skilled pilots out of Alioth and then once out of atmosphere the two medium space engines ensure the pilot will get far enough away from the planet to warp without having to wait.
Very discrete size, means it's great for docking to larger ships without impeding elements, making it the perfect Captain's Yacht!
This craft has been flown by the pilots of ATOM for several months now, allowing pilots to get to combat zones, or an off world mining op, quickly and for next to no costs.
