You can purchase it here, but if you go to Alioth Market 6, there are two disopensers that sell a LIMITED AMOUNT of blueprints for a slightly lower price. Find them at that platform that also has the market building on it, beside the white elegant ship. Ship and dispensers will be at the market for a limited time only, so if you look for a special deal, you better hurry.

The dispensers were sorted out early this morning so I was able to get the bp. It is a fun little runabout reminds me of a dragonfly (the insect not the UEF ship). Fast (it is currently my third fastest pocket rocket but for a lot less quanta than the other 2 cost). I found the braking (I like brake landing from 3.5 to 5km up and this ship prefers glide landing) even with the forward facing xs engine a bit under powered for its acceleration. I do not enjoy the default configs on any ship for my flying so i put Saga's autopilot on and I land where I am aiming (Arch hud also works great on it as well by the way) and not 2 to 6 km away. I set the speed limiter at 2k km/h to avoid any damaged elements, sustentation speed is 190 km/h so you have a wide range of speeds to play with.
