Two pilot seats allow you to have 2 different flight HUDs if you want. Also, in beta, only 1 radar could be connected to a single seat, so many of us would link atmo radar to one seat and space radar to the other seat. Now, you can be sure to link both radars to the same seat and it'll work properly though. BTW - this is an AWESOME ship! It was my daily-driver in beta.

I just built this ship from BP and it has two pilot seats? What is the purpose...one for atmo and one for space? Do I still need them or should I switch one to a navigator?

i've had this ship now for a couple of months. it has become my go-to hauler. i'm on madis, so i'm not as concerned about taking stuff off alioth as i am about taking stuff into alioth, and the Inquisitor is a gem. i regularly fly 5200 tons of cargo into alioth and the Inquisitor comfortably handles those loads. Another great ship from Loaded. If you aren't flying a Celestial One, an Eros, and an Inquisitor you're not only doing it wrong you're wasting money on inferior ships.

This is an outstanding ship, its probably 'the' best bridge of any ship in game I have seen to date. Exits Alioth atmosphere with ease. I can fit an extra 7 large containers on the inside for dragging stuff back from moons. Full or empty handles superbly.
