180k quanta for a blueprint, 1 million for a token.
To get into the ship from the front, jump up through the bottom window. To exit, jump out through the top.

The ship is built with all basic elements, for the purpose of keeping it cheap. :)
In addition, waypoints have already been added for the Alioth mission pickup and mission turn-in. The pickup waypoint is a little ways away, such that you can autopilot back and forth, without flying into the Arkship, and I have added Arch HUD GFN version to the seat.
If you get a blueprint to build the ship yourself, and you decide you want to change the flight script, I can come unlock the seat in VR if it gives you trouble, but you can also just tear out the seat, remove dynamic properties on it, while it's in your inventory, and then reinstall it.
The numbers in the attributes overview are with my mediocre skills, AND with "catalyst 3" in the cargo, in order to simulate the weight of the mission package. (except for the dry weight)
According to the API, the ship can take up to 266 tons of cargo out of atmo, but that will likely require maxed out talents, and a skilled pilot. Again, the ship is designed for 10 kL and 15 ton, but with plenty of overhead for a new player without piloting talents.
