New design is highly inspired by simplicity of Albatross hud

- Atmo Burn Limiter (Limits your thrust to not exceed atmo burning speed)
- Atmo Reentry Burn Limiter (Automatically shuts down engines and engaging brakes to slow down below burn speed on atmo reentry)
