***Release*** With release it is most likely this will be spawned with T1 engines. keep in mind the stats listed below were with T3 engines and average talents. With T1 and basic talents, 200tons cargo should be a good start, with max pilot talents you'll get closer to 500tons. This is a special ship, developed to give a lift to up to 10 passengers or crashed pilots in need. What makes this ship so special is its ability to manage over-crowded market platforms as this is what it was designed for: while it cannot protect you from market-caused disconnects and error messages, it however can easily navigate on these platforms as no obstacle is high enough to cause any problem: Unbelievably, it can hover up to one hundred and two = 102 meters (!!!!!!!) above any PLATFORM or CONSTRUCT! When we shut off all engines at maximum altitude (around 4,600 m) at SMS, this ship is so airworthy it took over 20 minutes to gently glide down and land. As this ship was designed for passengers, it provides a great view thanks to large window areas and special enheightened seats positioning. You will see. And finally, we gave a very unusual yet pleasant shape to this high-speed taxi, partially inspired by those air buses seen on Coruscant, center of the Galactic Republic, in Star Wars. SIDE NOTE We had a big smile when we found out that our ship can give a few minutes of sub orbital experiences to passengers, just like Virgin Galactic's "VSS Unity" (Richard Branson) or Blue Origin's "New Shepard"" (Jeff Bezos). Asp Hauler from Elite Dangerous, able to lift and do the 160k mission no problem at all with a run time of approximately an hour or so dependant on talents before needing to refill. it stays aloft with only 20 percent throttle. The Rouen V2 is a high performance S core warp shuttle from Stellar Forge. She's the perfect tool for exploring or collecting from those lower yield off world flowers. Equipped with inertia damping software she is agile, precise and powerful. Due to a decently small cross-section, in testing she made 1400kms in atmosphere without damaging components. The components are mainly advanced, with upgrades to Rare where warranted. Twin Rare Military Space engines ensures she gets to warp altitude quickly (a little under 8g of space thrust) and the 6 optimised containers means she can pack a decent load while doing so. In testing the Rouen was easily able to handle 500t of cargo and with a little care will easily take 1kt (Level 5 boosts and 4 Piloting skills). Fully fueled she will make the trip from Alioth to Teoma on 40 warp cells, with the warp cells stored separately to not impact your carrying capacity. She also has rockets for that little extra punch if required. Those not requiring rockets can either deploy the Rouen without them, or remove them later on. Alongside the class leading performance, the Rouen has a shuttle bay. This is sized to fit most common work platforms or smaller pocketable ships.
