Start at .GearsRace and target .CenterCross : Takeoff 2. Fly towards .CenterCross but use alt-6 to set your altitude 3. When .GearsRace is 1.3 SU the race is half over 4. When distance .GearsRace decreases to 1.2 SU alt-4 to adjust heading 5. Switch back to altitude control with alt-6 6. If traveling at 7000-7500 kmph @ 4100m align target alt-5 at about 45 km from .GearsRace 7. Align target will reduce altitude and speed so that you can proceed to final approach 8. Alt-4 to target .GearsRace and complete the race. My personal best is a little over 7m 35sec. This is an adrenalin filled ride as you try to manage the commands and adjust the throttle to stay on the edge of stability. Find Gearss online for free buffs to maximum performance. Overview: The Badger is a multi role dropship, well suited to mining and light haulage. It packs a lot of ability in its relatively small frame. Cargo Lift: The lift generated from the wings is good enough for around 2kt depending on talents and pilot skill. Depending on the engines you chose cargo lift ranges from 1KT up to the maximum of the wings. Containers: There are 2 M and 2 S containers pre-loaded. There is room for a L container in the main hold, placed across the ship behind the hub. The Hub centralises the ships mass and also provides a good indicator of where to place the container. This gives just over 400kL of cargo at max boost. Engines: There are 4 advanced maneuverer engines as standard but these can be easily replaced for more power and cargo handling. The ship can run in a 2, 3 or 4 engine configuration depending what your uses are for the ship and how much weight matters to you. Cockpit: All lights (Forward, rear and beacon) can be controlled from the cockpit. There is a res node and surrogate station onboard. Patriot was built around a M shield however you can swap out for a S shield for speed under full combat load at 21G of thrust. Keeping the M shield will keep your max speed at around 16-17g of thrust depending on T4-5 skills. If cannons are not your thing you can do the same with the shield and opt to replace them with any other weapon of your choice.
