I am pleased to present you all the first of my release builds, the Danube Class Runabout. In a future update I will be supplying add-on mission S cores with flexible configurations. This base model has 5 L Atmospheric engine slots and 4 L Space engine slots along with 2 supporting M space engines. Multiple hardpoints for weaponry both fore and aft mounting. Can be used with or without rocket engines or L shield without changing the look of the vessel. If requested, a custom registry plaque can be affixed to the fore section. She's pretty. She got curves. She makes you easily fly high. She lets you see what others don't. She gives you a cozy place and she carries your stuff. She's the companion you wanted for all operations that are too small for a fuel-hungry super hauler. The "Not-For-Hire" (some know this name from a great SciFi novel) is a great companion for small- and mid-scale mining operations, and for hauling if you got a lot to move but not as much that a huge, fuel-consuming super hauler would make sense. The colors of the ship are snow white and Martian red. Her modern cockpit has style and gives you an amazing view while you fly. Her strong downward and forward illumination makes you see where you land during dark nights. And her extremely good wing lift gets her airborn with as less as 150 km/h. Also excellent gliding capability for mean stingy captains who want to save on fuel. The ship allows access or exit from five of the six sides, allowing ops where speed is key. She has a forward-facing hangar that can carry various speedboats, mini haulers, or armed fighters. Alternatively, the hangar can be used as forward-facing weapon platform. Dedicated storage for hangar vehicles. Dedicated accessories storage and of course the main cargo containers for freight. She is not meant to cruise alone inside PVP zones, but she still has a shield generator. The strong landing lights can be switched on or off, and also all major light sources inside the ship can be switched on or off. And she offers seating and two "onboard cinemas" for up to 18 passengers, and two additional seats inside the cockpit for 2 VIP passengers. Inside the cockpit are also two commando seats for additional crew members. NOTE The original ship has 3 cores: an M core, and two XS cores. But those two XS cores are mainly experimental and have no real design or function value. The version with the waves on the hull is the latest version. The sabre A ship first made in beta and now completely overhauled with extra engines and voxel-work. It is a versatile ship that is made for scanning on every planet. It can easily take of from Alioth with basic pilot skills with 200T. i personally took 260T off Alioth with my basic pilot. After the scanning is done, the ship is perfect for hauling ore back from other planets and warping. Able to warp 400T of thades, teoma and jago and warping home for only about 75 warp cells. Perfect for the higher tier ore mining. Cost 24 warp cells to warp to jago fully fueled no cargo. Also good to know the ship is made with all basic engines which makes it pretty cheap to build. Keep in mind that the stats are given with high pilot skills and boosts. The P2 Scout has been scrambled into production to meet the alien threat encroaching upon our skies! Armed with 7 magazines worth of cannon ammunition, this long range scout skirmisher has the endurance to keep battling it out mission after mission without needing to return to a carrier or base. Lightweight construction ensures performance, yet its armored top plate uses high grade 5 titanium allowing it to tank hits should it become necessary to vent the shield! Unlike many space-only competitors, the P2 may operate from ground bases, removing the need for time consuming ship transfers! It is capable of launching to orbit from the ground on its rocket afterburner, as well as gliding back to a safe landing like the space shuttles of ancient history. Initial UEF combat reports show the P2 has proven itself capable of dominating in encounters with alien advance scouting parties, with over 90% of sorties reporting swift victory and only moderate damage to shields which did not require the use of a single vent cycle!
