I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. Below the asphalt there is enough space for you to build your own cellar with containers and industry. you can find the core in the center below the floor if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please let me know! This mining factory is suitable for 8 Mining Units and 2 M Size Container or 1 L Container for Ore Storage. Build on cheap rescources it can be almost hand-crafted in your Nanocrafter. The blueprint do not contain any Mining Units or Containers. Feel free to place yourself. Get your blueprint at the dispenser. Ikara Industries presents the "Ikara Tower M1". You need space for your guild members, then the Ikara Tower M1 is just what you need. BP has only voxel, in the near feature it includes - 20 apartments with large glass windows - Elevators in the center of the building (space for more elevators available, as an example, some were inserted. - 3 vending machines - Seating inside and outside (without chairs, put some where you want) - Welcome screen at the entrance, Door in the information center. What else you need to know: - The apartments have no walls, floors or doors. Why ? Everyone has his own ideas. Simply draw the walls on the white lines and install a door. - Insert your own floor in the recess provided. - Almost all living levels were created with 2 layers so that each resident can have his own style. - All screens must be manually turned on once. My first Sanctuary Structure and probably the only structure, which I have actually used that I will share here. This is because I like to make underground structures and they just look like boxes from the outside. I designed it with a landing pad, public hatch to allow people into what I imagined would be a store when I build it and a private elevator to allow me quick access to the interior, that is locked away from the public. Inside I have a few decorations, separate shower and toilet and one bedroom. Also have below that, what is now a store room but did start out as a factory room. Technically the images are showing the top of a Large static core but I liked the roof so much I recreated it (transferred it) to the large core when I swapped out the XS core (and S core I was using as a factory under, Under Snowy). So basically the reason I am sharing this is the landing pad on top and windows peaking out over the ground surface. Note Snowy is what I called my sanctuary tile because it has some snow in some places. I picked the tile because I wanted to see what the map was showing. It turned out the map was accurately depicting the snowy areas.
