The Heracles is a M core multi role AGG hauler that mix functionnality and style. You can haul 4 to 6kt (with talents) out of Alioth without AGG (More with it online). Atmospheric VTOL scout/elevator ship, very useful for AGG ships! It is fast, agile and has a pretty long range, it can hover perfectly still in the same spot and it can get you up to your ship, platform, etc... in seconds...sadly because of the 8 thrusters it is not compactable!
