The construct has been designed with variable land heights in mind, allowing you to sink the foundations down by 2-3 meters, to ensure a sleek and smooth access to the building, and preventing half of it 'floating' away. The Terran X40 MP is a mining plattform for new players. An easy plattform to build and maintain. And easy to check the miners if and when they need to be calibrated.
