Many times the design for a ship doesn't need to be complicated to be effective and efficient! The Broken Arrow utilizes a sleek traditional shape and clever positioning for elements resulting in an impressive performance for the ship size. 5 small containers provide an excellent hauling capacity (space to add 2 more for 7 total) - she'll carry more than double her own weight in cargo with power to spare and low cost parts mean this ship won't break the bank if you happen to ding into anything during your adventures. FAST- because the weight is low this ship will do around 50k depending on skills and cargo. LOW COST- Uses basic engines all around (1L Atmo, 4M Space) keep the maintenance and fuel extremely low. This was my 'day one' ship, and still preferred daily choice. MISSION RUNNER SPECIALIST: This setup makes a fantastic mission runner ship for the 'Aileron Parts 180k' run. (Round Trip in 9 Min) . With a few pilot skills this missile can climb straight to space at 90 deg from standstill... is very lightweight so will stop on the dime or pull out of dives very easily. Use the 'Boom and Zoom' technique to loop down onto the mission turn-in before bouncing back up into space. The Zelus is an XS core Atmo market hauler. Easy to fly with lots of power, lift and braking. Safely hauls 400t with none to very limited flight talents. Imperial Asteroid Miner RAAM - - - Officially declared as native imperial design, in dirty taverns and other dark corners of the outer worlds of the Empire it is said that in reality the RAAM is in reality the product of a very questionable co-operation between the engineers of the Empire and some strong forces among the galactic scum, or to be exact, with a certain Bobba Fett - an infamous bounty hunter and contract killer. That would explain some of the details of the ship's design. Her two L-size containers can load plenty of space fuel for the asteroid tracking, and she also has two L-size space fuel tanks. Once an asteroid has been found in safe space, those two containers allow for a long, effective mining. From the space station where she unloaded her cargo, she can also venture into the atmosphere of planets up to 1G. Her inertia is surprisingly well balanced. She features a small compartment at her back from where the hardy space miners can start the tunnel digging. There is an own room for the captain, one for the first officer, and there are seating possibilities for up to 6 more miners. I got on DUC to update this ship and it turns out I never listed it at all. So here it is, the Admirari. It's an S core and configurable to your needs. designed to support modularity (i made that word up). Pop scanner pods, cargo pods, DSAT pods or just add on up to 6 Container L's on the racks. Hauls around 1kt with moderate piloting skills. I use it for market running because it's fast and powerful. 6 uncommon maneuver Atmo L and 4 uncommon military space L engines. It handles like a champ and didn't have to change anything flight wise when I started updating my ships for Athena. I rearranged the interior a bit to add in a second container M and just make it prettier in general. It's a treat to fly and fairly inexpensive to warp. coming in at just under 500t, 605t fully fueled. Atmo speed set at 1200 with no burning and space capable up to 25k km/h.
