It began as a little more than a myth: a list of impossible statistics circulating on the dark web. Then the myth became a legend: a few leaked photographs so provocative that possession was a federal crime. Then the legend became a rumor: a ship so exclusive no one could confirm it existed in the real world. And now, thanks to you, that rumor is about to become a very messy centrefold. Overview: The Badger is a multi role dropship, well suited to mining and light haulage. It packs a lot of ability in its relatively small frame. Cargo Lift: The lift generated from the wings is good enough for around 2kt depending on talents and pilot skill. Depending on the engines you chose cargo lift ranges from 1KT up to the maximum of the wings. Containers: There are 2 M and 2 S containers pre-loaded. There is room for a L container in the main hold, placed across the ship behind the hub. The Hub centralises the ships mass and also provides a good indicator of where to place the container. This gives just over 400kL of cargo at max boost. Engines: There are 4 advanced maneuverer engines as standard but these can be easily replaced for more power and cargo handling. The ship can run in a 2, 3 or 4 engine configuration depending what your uses are for the ship and how much weight matters to you. Cockpit: All lights (Forward, rear and beacon) can be controlled from the cockpit. There is a res node and surrogate station onboard. Light hybrid ship on M core, blueprint comes with 8 atmo L (T3 military) and 2 space XL (T2 maneuver). In atmo, it can carry 2-3kt (depending on handling and pilot talents) out of 1g using conventionnal ways, and much more using AGG (especially if only going to 1000m) Storage is 10 container L on a single hub, with extra room inside for either 3 scanners (and markings for ship positioning when tri-scanning) or DSAT or 10 more container L In space, or using AGG, max weight is virtually whatever you can fit in containers, ie tested up to 8kt (cargo full of hematite): its a bit slow but definitely doable. The Volt is a compactable ship that is really fun to fly. It comes with 2 basic medium atmo engines that are upgradable and 1 medium fuel tank. No space elements nor container. With the basic engines it can get you around 1000 km/h (Higher with better engines and talents). You can change the colors as you please when you deploy it, though I recommend staying with plastic or lighter.
