This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

This is the first construct I designed in beta. (Almost) free blueprint with No DRM. That means you can deploy one copy, then create your own core blueprint to make as many more as you require. Classic "Brutalist" style in concrete, iron and glass. Space for up to 8 miners. Surrogate pod for VR calibrating. Luminescent glass! Chimneys! Rotate so that corner faces you and the opening will be facing you. The concrete foundation is 7 voxels high and can be set down to accommodate most terrain on Alioth with minimal or no flattening.

12 Large (static) core runway 2x6. full built with skirt runway is all at the top of the cores so can make skirt taller if desired to put stuff under it. I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. Below the asphalt there is enough space for you to build your own cellar with containers and industry. you can find the core in the center below the floor if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please let me know! Tired of hanging your ship in between the mining units every few days you visit your gold mine? Why not land in style on this luxury M-core landing pad? The top is flat for easy landing but below the real magic happens. On a lower deck, connected with two smaller cores your mining units will be waiting for you. Easily accessible with two ramps from the flight deck or by teleporter from the ground below. Be in absolute control as you calibrate up to 15 mining units without moving a single step, and before you leave have three Large containers at your fingertips to gather you hard earned ores. If you feel like getting your hands dirty you can use the access hatch to drop down to the bonus ores awaiting pickup. A quick elevator up will take you directly to the the flight deck, onwards to the next stop. If you are really in a hurry, all containers and Mining Units are also in reach from one area on the flight deck. The long and stable legs will make placing these cores a breeze, even on hilly ground. Instructions: Place M-core with the middle edge of the mining platform in the exact middle of three tiles. Then place the Left hand S-core, finally the Right hand S-core. If you mix up the order, it will give a nasty one voxel gap. No returns.
