This is a VTOL arch-hud modification that allows the ship to automatically swap to gyro use at 975m allowing it to launch vertically then travel horizontally very cool fun to fly and very controllable great for landing on a small footprint.

Light hybrid ship on M core, blueprint comes with 8 atmo L (T3 military) and 2 space XL (T2 maneuver). In atmo, it can carry 2-3kt (depending on handling and pilot talents) out of 1g using conventionnal ways, and much more using AGG (especially if only going to 1000m) Storage is 10 container L on a single hub, with extra room inside for either 3 scanners (and markings for ship positioning when tri-scanning) or DSAT or 10 more container L In space, or using AGG, max weight is virtually whatever you can fit in containers, ie tested up to 8kt (cargo full of hematite): its a bit slow but definitely doable. This is a special ship, developed to give a lift to up to 10 passengers or crashed pilots in need. What makes this ship so special is its ability to manage over-crowded market platforms as this is what it was designed for: while it cannot protect you from market-caused disconnects and error messages, it however can easily navigate on these platforms as no obstacle is high enough to cause any problem: Unbelievably, it can hover up to one hundred and two = 102 meters (!!!!!!!) above any PLATFORM or CONSTRUCT! Yes, 102 meters were the measured maximum! Otherwise around 30 meters. We measured on the Alioth Market 6 platform which itself is 222 meters above sea level. Please refer to the screenshots. We also made sure it can reach a nice little speed, its possible maximum speed was never measured as we had to limit acceleration to 2,250 km/h (that we now call SMS = Safe Maximum Speed) to avoid damage to elements (one of the front adjustors) that we observed starting to happen at 2,256 km/h. When we shut off all engines at maximum altitude (around 4,600 m) at SMS, this ship is so airworthy it took over 20 minutes to gently glide down and land. As this ship was designed for passengers, it provides a great view thanks to large window areas and special enheightened seats positioning. You will see. And finally, we gave a very unusual yet pleasant shape to this high-speed taxi, partially inspired by those air buses seen on Coruscant, center of the Galactic Republic, in Star Wars. SIDE NOTE We had a big smile when we found out that our ship can give a few minutes of sub orbital experiences to passengers, just like Virgin Galactic's "VSS Unity" (Richard Branson) or Blue Origin's "New Shepard"" (Jeff Bezos). To do that, simply put all engines to full power, and aim upwards in "Ground Object!" mode or "Flying Object" mode. This will get you out of the atmosphere. But of course, gravity will eventually get you back and you then can do it again. So you see, you can now finally become a serious competitor to Richard Branson and Jeff Bezos! The Hemera is an all in one home cruiser, with all the luxury and living space you need for long deep space missions and 14 Large cargo containers for hauling large loads. Some small extra crew containers are positioned in crew quarters and can be configured individually. Various picture screens and boards are located around the ship for you to add LUA,scripts and displays as you like, giving a custom feel to the ship. I revised the original Hemera from 2 XL engines to 4. This increases cross section slightly which means you'll need to push through atmo a little harder, but when the XL's take over the transition into space is much easier which compensates for the slight atmo speed loss. It also makes space hauling easier, I found that the 2 XL's were stressed when carrying heavy loads. The focus on this ship was utility. There is room in the forward deck for either a large shield or DSAT and room in the cockpit to add 2 crew seats for either DSAT management (the DSAT is accessible from one of the optional crew seats in the ceiling just outside the bridge) or to add 2 gunner chairs. Space for ammo containers is available in the cockpit. The ship can also be flown from one of the crew seats for solo piloting and DSAT management. Hauling from atmo is good, up to around 5-6kt (I would stay around 4-5kt since they nerfed adjustors) depending on engines and talents and 4 XL engines make space trucking a breeze. A captains quarters and 2 crew quarters are located near the bridge. On the top deck there is a landing pad for a speeder or warp shuttle. The legendary Olympic Carrier now after 2 years is finally available for public purchase. It is mainly used as mining operating base. Placed at the pvp zone border (inside the safe zone) near pvp asteroids, the rascals are flying between the roids and the carrier and are loading their stuff into the carrier cargo. The Argos Role is transporting ore from the carrier to a space station. So the carrier can stay a long time in the field for the miners. S.H.I.E.L.D. - Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement Logistics Division has built the ultimate machine, it's not an aircraft carrier, it's not a plane, it's not a helicopter, it's a HeliCarrier! It's made after the HeliCarrier you see in the Marvel universe movie series, it's also known as Avengers HeliCarrier, but that's just beacuse people don't really follow the story, SHIELD has always been the one who made and owned them. Mine can go into space and instead of primitive fossil fuel engines, it uses alien tech -- ANTI GRAVITY GENERATOR so it can create its very own 0g environment and float without using any fuel! It's not 1:1 copy, it's smaller than the real one as this is the biggest you can build in DU and it's not 100% same looking either, I only based it on it, but it has more "me" in it :-) Interior is designed by me, nothing is taken from the original. I have left some crew quarters empty, so you can make your own designs in there. It's mostly suitable for docking several xs core builds, but I have docked S and M core builds onto it aswell, there's enough room for a proper M core build. I have also tested it with 30kt of cargo and it had no problems .. or well, actually it did a bit. So if you're hauling insane amount of cargo, don't forget that only way it can do this, is by using Anti-Gravity Generator (AGG) and i suggest put about 20-30 more L brakes on it (both, atmo+space), it's not designed as heavy hauler, it's more of an exploration vessel, so you can take your ships with you and enjoy the views. That's why it comes only with 10xL containers, but you can easily put 10 more or fill entire deck with containers if you need to haul.
