The DBI SPLASH (Space Capable Light Atmospheric Scanning Hauler) is an efficient scanning vessel for those players looking to get in to scanning. This Small Core ship comes equipped with a single Basic Container Large and enough power to move it when fully loaded. As a Space-capable model of the LASH-1, the SPLASH is well equipped to efficiently scan across the Helios system. Scan tiles, harvest surface ore to pass the time, and move along to the next scan site. Even if you don't find that T3 ore site, you won't be coming back empty handed! If you're not scanning, the single large container allows you to utilize the ship as a handy market runner or flower harvester! It's powerful enough to carry a modest load, but light enough that warp and fuel costs will also be modest. It can haul a maximum of 300-1000t out of 1g, depending on technician buffs, pilot talents, and engine selection. It has a max cargo volume of 144-216kL as standard. With a small internal tech bay it can house a few additional role-specific elements, such as a M shield, M rocket fuel tank and M rocket engine, or up to three extra M containers. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES: • When you spawn the Outrider from BP, to change the color of the blue hull plates, replace the 'Polished Light Blue Steel' and the 'Galvanized Light Blue Steel' materials. With talents and the handling bonuses that I applied post 0.23 patch with the talent reset it can probably escape 1G gravity with far more weight than that. Obviously needs to use the AGG for that much cargo, unsure how many kt it can take from 0-1000m traditionally.
