The Belovator is a lightweight shaftless space elevator that flies along a gravity line to transport your cargo and players into space. You can comfortably transport your assets from the planet surface to a space station without having to rely on an annoying AGG tower with an hour-long ascend or fiddly autopilot ships. Belovator Octo: The Octo is our first attempt to break with the rule that an Elevator has to be a shoebox hidden away in a hole underground. It´s octagon shape is a refreshing alternative to the usual square. The carbon fiber materials used for the hull together with the custom landing pad (DRM-free, included in the purchase) make it a nice eyecatcher on your premises. The configuration of the elevator is done via Lua parameters and is limited to a few parameters to keep the complexity simple. ATTENTION: The game mechanics unfortunately do not allow for an octagonal shaft / dock in your spacestation, because it creates a rectangular hitbox around dynamic constructs. So the shaft / dock still has to be square. Fortunately the completely symmetrical octagon-shape of the Octo still makes for a pleasant appearance in a square dock. The Corvus is a new Light Cargo / Cruiser. This ship is capable of escaping Alioth at 1kt of total weight. At full fuel it will lift 600t depending on piloting skills. This bad boy warps on an xs core with a container S. Uses 15 Warp Cells to warp 500 su with 30t in the container. Perfect for getting to the other side of a planet in a couple minutes in orbit at 4000km/h. Brakes in no time. All attributes corresponds with pilot skills @level 4 and Level 4 Handling on all flight/fuel tank and container elements. I am not sure what the cargo limit at 1G to space is with these new bonuses probably easily carry whatever you dump into the S container anyways. If you want to hop around quickly between mining units or dash to the store and back for a few items, without taking your large fuel-sucking ship, look no further! The Viper can take you anywhere planetside while having a non-boxy appearance. Just look at the screen shots and note the fine voxel detailing throughout! The ship is outfitted with: -1 container S to hold misc. odds and ends from the market. -overpowered brakes so you can float down to any destination easily. -rounded non-boxy styling from nose to engines. -and more! I loaded the container with 56t of pure iron, hematite and other ores and this ship has no troubles at all flying this, however, although the hovers lift plenty of weight, it can't lift full iron amounts of weight (I can lift about 50% of the Container S full of iron with the hovers). I took off on a straight, smooth surface with all that iron. Sustentation speed is very low (90kp/h!) to it's easy to putt-putt in the air for perfect aim in landing. I also have a compactable version with no container and a single fuel tank in a different dispenser at the same location. I didn't want static limitations for my next creation: the infamous cantina from Star Wars: Episode 4. I'd make a mobile version, and remembered the various mentions of 'Swoop Racing' from the years of playing games, reading extra lore, etc. After looking over nearly every frame of the cantina ever shown on film, every available blueprint online, former cantinas designed in all popular SW games, and the entire PDF for Lego's step-by-step instructions - I felt prepared to bring the iconic location to life. All in all took about a month of casual playing to build/finalize.
