I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. This is a vaguely Asian themed walled palace. The lower hallways of the wall are large enough to accommodate expanded XXL containers. Just push them into the floor a bit. The base is designed to be pushed into uneven terrain, but it would be trivial to add a floor and use it as a large basement.
