Imperial Asteroid Miner RAAM - - - Officially declared as native imperial design, in dirty taverns and other dark corners of the outer worlds of the Empire it is said that in reality the RAAM is in reality the product of a very questionable co-operation between the engineers of the Empire and some strong forces among the galactic scum, or to be exact, with a certain Bobba Fett - an infamous bounty hunter and contract killer. That would explain some of the details of the ship's design. Her two L-size containers can load plenty of space fuel for the asteroid tracking, and she also has two L-size space fuel tanks. Once an asteroid has been found in safe space, those two containers allow for a long, effective mining. From the space station where she unloaded her cargo, she can also venture into the atmosphere of planets up to 1G. Her inertia is surprisingly well balanced. She features a small compartment at her back from where the hardy space miners can start the tunnel digging. There is an own room for the captain, one for the first officer, and there are seating possibilities for up to 6 more miners. The Cysteria is a ( S ) core PvP brawler created by Firestorm. It was hand crafted before shields were introduced to the game and has room to add a shield. If you haven't got valuable cargo to transport, warping is often too expensive to justify. The Bantam is a personal craft for planetary travel, market runs and nanopack-sized purchases, transit between the surface to your space station, or an occasional joyride to a nearby moon. It takes off quickly and accelerates to max speed in seconds. The sleek, low-cross-section profile allows re-entry or cruising in high atmosphere at up to 2000 km/h without damage. Albatross HUD makes piloting a snap. The Basic Version can be built entirely in the nanocrafter, except for the optional square light and atmospheric radar. Both of those components can be obtained from starter outposts, if desired, as can many more such as engines and adjusters. The blueprint has level 5 placement for space, atmo, tanks. Honeycomb colors can be easily changed now, so go crazy! (purple and green not required) Because it weighs less than 10 tons, it can accelerate to 50,000 kph max speed. On a round trip it will use about half of the XS fuel tank with no talents. Plenty of reserve for emergency turn-and-burn braking if necessary! This little ship is a lot of fun to fly and can get you to any place in the solar system at a fraction the cost of UEF ships.

A colossal amount of work went into making it - about 600 hours - most of it spent on voxels (back when we didn't have the vertex precision tool and we had to modify voxels through arcane methods called 'Voxelmancy'). It has a detailed and pleasant interior and a carefully sculpted outer hull. The Vector also has excellent engineering. It's narrow; less that 400m² forward cross section, allowing it to reach speeds greater than 1600kmh in atmo (if you don't mind a few things exploding). It can haul a substantial amount of cargo; designer testing has achieved 1g escape with 5kt of cargo in the standard basic engines model (with maxed buffs and piloting talents). With higher tier military engines, it can lift up to 8kt for a skilled pilot. Volume capacity is 2.3ML(12 L containers), with external attach points for six additional L containers, allowing expansion up to 3.45ML with only a minor increase in forward cross section. The ship also has a strong and balanced adjustor profile, a small hangar for speeders, and a spacious tech bay to add role-specific elements such as a DSAT, large shield, or AGG. I tried to make the best M-core I possibly could, and I'm proud of the Vector. My idea of an all or nothing, I've dubbed it the flying VCR. As tested it can handle twice it's empty weight with ease and can even perform acrobatic stunts. It is capable of so much more plus it has room for everyone in the game to travel along in nicely coordinated interior spaces.
