Unless you have excellent skills, I highly recommend going with the 2 Space Engines version. The other version cost 5.4M Skills applied are my personal skills which are level three and below across the board, I recommend having a buffer on hand to improve the handling.

The Lynx is an L core pvp ship, suited to rails or laser loadouts. Lasers are the default but the pods will also take 2 rails each. The lightweight carbon fibre body helps keep the weight low for manuverability. There is an armoured cockpit area and armoured weapons pod layout. Armour has been placed around adjustor and retro brake hardpoints. A warp drive is included to give the Lynx long range patrol and support abilities.

Can achieve 1500 in ATMO with skills and with out burning elements if traveling in a flat straight line. The Archego HUD has been set to a limit of 1175 to protect un-skilled pilots, this can be changed at your discretion. It was built to provide the fastest travel that only requires autopilot to be engaged.
