This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

Warp Cell Cube Design inspired by the famous Mario Bros Warp Cube, this XS Core is packed to the bone with industrial machines and design to have a production capacity of 520 warp cells per day, needing only to feed with the 10 ores required for warp cell production, Pure Hydrogen and the 6 schematics needed for warp cell production. 12 Large (static) core runway 2x6. full built with skirt runway is all at the top of the cores so can make skirt taller if desired to put stuff under it. This Is a Ore to Fuel Refinery. Makes all Fuel types (One fuel per core) 20 Refiners. 10 Chemical Industry. 14 Expanded Container XXL. Transfer units very on fuel type. Concrete can be replaced with brick for almost same effect.
