The Anisoptera V2 (internal code name: "Businessman's Speedboat") is the latest version of this famous dragonfly-alike designer speedboat. The original designs called for a fast boat that could fit many different types of ship hangars, thus the resulting conceot was that of a very slender ship hull. That in return resulted in a low drag amount and therefore high possible speeds if powered asequatly. My goal in this game has always just been to cruise around and explore, so the focus of the tinkering has been getting something that flies as well as possible, and I am pretty pleased with how it came out so I thought I would share. It is good for about 50t off of Alioth on the basic version depending on skills. Burn speed is up around 1850 so is pretty forgiving if you come back in to atmo a little hot. Container hub and engines centered on 0,0 so it stays balanced regardless of load. All medium engines so nice and fuel efficient. All a single honeycomb type so feel free to replace with your voxel of choice. Stats are listed for the "basic" engine version which uses pure carbon as the weight reference. Engines also easy to swap out, coordinates in the pictures, though it seems you need to pull the ailerons off to place the engines and put them back on when you are done. Whether you are brand new and looking to upgrade but not ready for the big large engine haulers, or have been around a while and just looking to try something different on the cheap, feel free to come by and check them out. LiftOff brings you an evolution of monstrous proportions, the Kong. Bringing the successful design of the Silverback up to an M core size has lead to some impressive features and improvements. Depending on pilot skills the Kong can handle 3kt of cargo off of Alioth. Also equipped with maneuvering thrusters for easy adjustments when landing at space stations. On top of that it has enough seating for 20 people and is warp capable for those group outings. The large top deck can also be used to dock small and extra small ships comfortably. Kong is also available in 3 upgraded models: *Upgraded models will be available at a later date* Kong Blitz - All atmo engines are swapped out for Advanced(Maneuver or Military) and 2 of the space XLs are swapped to Advanced Maneuvers while the other 2 are swapped to Advanced Military. The WSS Merchant Prince Mk.4C A5S4 is a sleek, entry-level courier ship for anyone looking to get started and look good doing it. It sports a fully enclosed flight-deck with extensive electronics, with crew positions for the pilot, a weapons officer, and a mission officer. A six-seat passenger section is well appointed with excellent views, and is secured in flight by a crew-controlled passenger hatch and crew door. Electronics include atmospheric RADAR, 2 space RADARs, ECU, Telemeter, Screen + Programming Board, Emitter and Gyroscope. Additionally, navigation lights, search lights and beauty lights are positioned across the ship, and switch-controlled. The design has been extensively flight tested, and will do full barrel rolls on climb-out with 50T of cargo and six passengers, plus Split-S and full loops above 1500m AGL. As an executive passenger courier with 2.5 tons of cargo per passenger, it will "super cruise" in the top 5% of atmosphere at Mach 3 (3600km/h) for rapid arrival to any global destination. The Husser Originally created by Ragnok Industries.....Currently under a full refit at BSSS and on display without elements atm. First refit is to be a space only version and then an atmo/space version. You can however buy an original BP of the Husser but be warned some elements mainly engines and wings are glitched in together and stacked.
