This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. Below the asphalt there is enough space for you to build your own cellar with containers and industry. you can find the core in the center below the floor if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please let me know! putting big L core stations together is fine but when you want to break up the monotony, give this connector module a whirl. Still an L core but a little smaller to add some depth to your modular stations. At daytime a fairly normal looking tower, but at night it seems to be burning. 5,000,000 quanta for a batch of 8 blueprint copies. Dispenser is in the penthouse underneath the landing pad in the top of the tower. Deploying strategy: 1. deploy the base core 2. deploy the North core, then the East, then the South and then the West core 3. deploy the first floor on the base core 4. deploy the second floor on the first floor 5. the second floor bp copy is DRM free so you can mulitply it to make your Lotus tower higher 6. deploy the top floor on the final second floor core NOTE! Possible problems: while connecting the North, East, South and West cores to the base core you may have to remove glass panels from the base (4 in the center) and then place them back when the core is placed. The style is setup for the steel and the lum glass to be swapped to different colors to create a color pattern for any area DRM is locked as this is how i fund my habits!
