Has 6 slots total for the autominers in case you wish to add more later uses just 970m of voxels so easy to construct all aluminum so as to be easy to build and quick to place. the skirt around the edge is rather tall to help place it on uneven terrain and still look right. Luxury pads that where originally built in beta and now redone with better skills. Large core uses mostly plastics and some wood there is a little bit of gold but not enough to break a bank! The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.

I wanted a hangar attached to my factory, some place I can work and build XS and S ships with good lighting and manufacture tokens all in the same structure. The showroom area is just about the length and width of a large core large enough to showcase or store several small and extra small ships. The factory is five open floors of space with a floating control center. Currently have installed enough machines to make all parts basic thru advanced and have only used a quarter of available space. There are 2 landing pads and an observation deck with elevators to move about quickly. Pedestals available if needed.
