A single detection zone activates the mining script and lighting so no more running around in the dark with a pen and paper. The centralized VR station provides instant access to all mining units on the platform without the need to move from the spot. When deploying the platform, make sure the stairs and the voxel square at the bottom of the platform are above the surface of the terrain. This will ensure you have access to the containers if you choose to swap them out. The raised platform and circular arrangement of the mining units allow the bonus ore to spawn in a ring around the construct allowing for ease of access when collecting. The Dune Dwellers of Haven have perfected harvesting the planets resources with their specialized Mining Silo's. Designed with a Basic Container M & 4x Mining Unit L's, this resource facility can store up to 7 days worth of resources for a single weekly haul. Over 80kL of ore storage! Calibration can be done via the platform deck in RPG style, or for those seeking efficiency through the bottom where the ore will calibrated ore will spawn. As the Rock Raiders continued their expanse they started finding, stealing, and then revamping UEF designs. One of their hauls was a sub orbital platform. Given their ingenuity they were able to drop off a haul of T1 ore and have it automatically processed into Nitron and Kergon X5 at the same time. The only maintenance to this system is the occasional purge of oxygen and hydrogen once in a while while there to fuel up Rock Raider ships.
