This is the first construct I designed in beta. (Almost) free blueprint with No DRM. That means you can deploy one copy, then create your own core blueprint to make as many more as you require. Everything is an original version or elaboration based on the old school style. Luxury pads that where originally built in beta and now redone with better skills. Large core uses mostly plastics and some wood there is a little bit of gold but not enough to break a bank! P.S. there is a little copper in the bp i havnt located yet swap this out for the gold is like 0.69m3 of it. Will be working on roads for this pad in the future thanks for looking!!! Note: Some furnishings in this blueprint require the Art Deco (Silver Backer Rewards) Features: 600kl of storage Once a simple house for servants at the Ivory Island Resort. After new management took over servants were evicted and the housing upgraded to include luxury amenities, staff now commute to work from the mainland. This house includes a new custom art piece that is AI Generated through the use of variables and prompts. Furnishings also include Art Deco pieces from old Earth, that are limited to the most affluent of clients. (Tokens will not be made available)

BP has only voxel, in the near feature it includes - 20 apartments with large glass windows - Elevators in the center of the building (space for more elevators available, as an example, some were inserted. - 3 vending machines - Seating inside and outside (without chairs, put some where you want) - Welcome screen at the entrance, Door in the information center. What else you need to know: - The apartments have no walls, floors or doors. Why ? Everyone has his own ideas. Simply draw the walls on the white lines and install a door. - Insert your own floor in the recess provided. - Almost all living levels were created with 2 layers so that each resident can have his own style. - All screens must be manually turned on once.
