Many times the design for a ship doesn't need to be complicated to be effective and efficient! The Broken Arrow utilizes a sleek traditional shape and clever positioning for elements resulting in an impressive performance for the ship size. 5 small containers provide an excellent hauling capacity (space to add 2 more for 7 total) - she'll carry more than double her own weight in cargo with power to spare and low cost parts mean this ship won't break the bank if you happen to ding into anything during your adventures. FAST- because the weight is low this ship will do around 50k depending on skills and cargo. LOW COST- Uses basic engines all around (1L Atmo, 4M Space) keep the maintenance and fuel extremely low. This was my 'day one' ship, and still preferred daily choice. MISSION RUNNER SPECIALIST: This setup makes a fantastic mission runner ship for the 'Aileron Parts 180k' run. (Round Trip in 9 Min) . With a few pilot skills this missile can climb straight to space at 90 deg from standstill... is very lightweight so will stop on the dime or pull out of dives very easily. Use the 'Boom and Zoom' technique to loop down onto the mission turn-in before bouncing back up into space. The Hagboard Pro Sometimes even a "classic" ship needs some more love... Since Alpha i am giving away Hagboard BP's for free or BP creation costs, now finally i make the Hagboard Pro available. It has my personal HUD with all the features i use myself daily when flying around. - Full Auto-level - Altitude Hold - Underwater mode -Home waypoint via hotkey. ( position can be entered in LUA Parameters) I tried keeping my HUD close to default flying config, so if you can fly with default, just hop on and start enjoying. but if you want those extra features, they are just one key combo away. Most needed keys are being explained in the HUD, and there is an inbuilt help screen available via Shift+Alt+1. This brings the Hagboard to the next level. With it's rare military engines it has that extra "punch" when you want it and with it's redone voxelwork is has a slick fast look to it. The underwater mode that automatically activate when getting on underwater ( or using alt+6 ) allows to fly underwater as if you would be in atmosphere. Perfect for that scanning trip on Jago ;-) Even if it has Auto-level on by default, just hold left shift key to disable auto-level whilst holding that key to do those aerobatic tricks when you need it. Asp Hauler from Elite Dangerous, able to lift and do the 160k mission no problem at all with a run time of approximately an hour or so dependant on talents before needing to refill. it stays aloft with only 20 percent throttle. The Seawing S20 is an Old-Earth Hybrid Heavy Lift Long Range Transport Aircraft. Predating the founding of Seawing Hypersonics, the S20 takes a different philosophy to moving payloads to space. Whether empty or hauling a kiloton the massive amalgam wing's custom tuned aerodynamics do all of the work, enabling a steady climb even with the nose NOT raised above the horizon. The wing itself is capable of safely deorbiting payloads up to 3,500t, providing almost 48MN of lifting force. The ship remains highly agile even while hauling its recommended payload of 800t. Designed as a platform for various modules, the dorsal docking port on the S20 supports the attachment of additional cargo pods, the S10 or S32 Scout ships, a DSAT module, or a Tri Scanner. Featuring two crew positions and two jumpseats, the S20 interior is designed to be cozy and make the most of a minimal floorplan with a workhorse aesthetic. The cockpit view is good to excellent, with effort made in ensuring good visibility at all head angles. Modern S20's have been refit with Moltres™ shield technology, enabling them to withstand reentry and atmospheric cruising speeds that would destroy all but the most advanced of its peers. With the refit shield in place, they are capable of hypersonic cruising speeds of 8000+km/h in atmosphere.
