This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. This is a one large core showroom, one big open space with viewing balcony this was made from the panel showroom kit, has small enternace and large enterance and has a flat roof for easy parking, comes with detailed panel flooring and sign space to add lettering/logo, i havnt placed any glass panels in this building as i see no point as they are totally clear now, they lost there blue tint in last update, you can get complete honeycomb kit aswell at my location for easy hassle free deployment when placing its 1 click down if your stood on another cores voxel when you deploy the blueprint, no need to do the 1 click down if your standing on the ground and the small enterance is facing you when you deploy the blueprint any other questions please dm me on discord loaded#2378

BP has only voxel, in the near feature it includes - 20 apartments with large glass windows - Elevators in the center of the building (space for more elevators available, as an example, some were inserted. - 3 vending machines - Seating inside and outside (without chairs, put some where you want) - Welcome screen at the entrance, Door in the information center. What else you need to know: - The apartments have no walls, floors or doors. Why ? Everyone has his own ideas.
