This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

Comes with automated guiding lights luring you straight to the middle and in case of a power outage also has nice contrasting guide arrows and markers. The pad is build on four extra large hovers so no need to work with messy pillars or other anchors to keep it down. Deluxe pads in space on a Large core took a min but its now done the current configuration is red lum glass and black carbon fiber witch is totally epic looking! These 2 colors can be easily swapped when placing to your choice of colors.
