This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

In the process of moving, blueprints are available to Kosmos Exchange. It's Honeycomb...in space! No longer will you need to make element only ships deep in space, put some voxels on it and style that thing up! PvPers, come on, put a skin on that naked hot dog you're shooting with. You can even dress it up as an actual hot dog with the right voxels at your fingertips. Factory is built on my Fidget station technology and features T1-T3 honeycombing capabilities. Easy to use LUA control for the honeycomb machines (html needs to be enabled for T3 due to a technical issue with Aerogics honeycomb script so using SilverZero's older script that still works like a champ). What else you need to know: - The apartments have no walls, floors or doors. Why ? Everyone has his own ideas. Simply draw the walls on the white lines and install a door. - Insert your own floor in the recess provided. - Almost all living levels were created with 2 layers so that each resident can have his own style. - All screens must be manually turned on once. This is a small core starter warp cell factory designed mainly for personal use production of warp cells. All industry is labeled via screens for easy startup. Pre installed with Indy Hud by Codeinfused. Current setup will make 2 warp cells every 50mins with no talents. This can be increased easily by adding more glass furnaces for the warp cells and increasing the output of a few of the electronics machines.
