You must have your custom Lua setup to use the lua included for the shuttle to communicate with the Exodus. Follow these simple steps. While in game hit Escape. On the left Click Controls. Scroll down (6 down) and click Lua Scroll Down and add Lua Option 11 - Shift 1 Lua Option 12 - Shift 2 Nothing else on the ships needs to be touched. When you enter the cockpit simply press "Shift 1" and the forcefields will lower and the shuttle bay lights will turn on. The forcefields and lights will close/turn off 10 seconds later. When flying back to the ship simply dock while in flight Alt+T and then "Shift 2" and the forcefields will again turn off and the shuttle bay lights will turn on. These will stay open/on. After landing inside the ship as you walk into the main body of the ship you will trip a laser and this will trigger the forcefields to turn on and shuttle bay lights to turn off. One small optimized container for mission cargo, specifically the Alioth Aileron Parts mission, which will need tuning to tier 4 deploy proficiency (I am happy to do this for for anyone needing).
