For any fans of SWG, player housing stood out even to this day as an amazing system from the technical programming side to the completely unique way players utilized it- so much fun for bringing people together or even being the envy of the server for having the largest, shiniest, most visited, etc. That spirit is very much alive in DU and one of the reasons I felt inspired to bring back a taste of the 'feel-good' content from gaming over the years. The Belovator is a lightweight shaftless space elevator that flies along a gravity line to transport your cargo and players into space. You can comfortably transport your assets from the planet surface to a space station without having to rely on an annoying AGG tower with an hour-long ascend or fiddly autopilot ships. The lifting capability improves dramatically for a pilot with just lvl 2+ talents on atmo engines. The configuration of the elevator is done via Lua parameters and is limited to a few parameters to keep the complexity simple. Ikarus industries presents the XS core Jumper MK3 Small and cheap jumper to get you around the system. At 113T full of fuel it will only cost 4 cells to get to Madis from Alioth. The jumper is equipped with two medium uncommon military Atmo engines and 1 med uncommon military Space engine. 2 XS space engines to help you land on asteroids and space stations. 4xs basic containers to have a little cargo if you need.
