This mining platform was designed to mine up to 4 ore types using L mining units. While the mining platform will default to one mining unit per T1 ore, this can easily be changed to mine different ore with upgraded mining units. To expand the number of mining units, just link to the additional units to the mining PB and to one of the containers. To modify the ore type, rename the container element and replace the ore with the new ores full name. Adding/modifying the mining units or containers will require the programing boards to be restarted. This is an early release version of the platform, so some of the items have been reduced or removed due to availability or cost. To further save on deployment cost, you can change the honeycomb type to fit your available ore type.

This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

M Core Landing pad

THE MONOLITH During ground works for our base, we have unearthened a strange artifact of possible alien orign. None of our instruments was able to penetrate this object or to get any data. You can see it first-hand, when VRing to "Tropico". We decided, to make this artifact available to you all, in hope that your technologies can retrieve the deep secrets it bears within. INSTRUCTIONS The dispenseris on location, as part of the excavation site. There are two blueprints - one for the monolith (MON) and one for the excavation site (SIT). At your own location, find an area that is as flat as possible. If there are small elevations, the center of SIT should be at the lowest area. Sink it into the ground, but make sure that somewhere a little bit of the upper wall remains above ground. Look how it is done at our location. After it has been placed, use your digging tool (2) to create a small tunnel downwards, along a wall. Each wall contains 5 sections, one above each other. Stop the tunnel when you have reached the lowest of those 5 sections. Now use tool 5 to create a flat floor inside the four walls. Then remove the soil that is still above your head inside the walls, avoid removing soil outside the walls. Use now the Smooth Voxel tool along the walls to raise the floor unevenly along the wals, especially at the four corners. Do some landscaping to make the floor a bit uneven. Important: you must not see any of the steel honeycombs. Do not yet create the small "hill" in the center. Now place the MON slightly above the floor. Now create the small "hill" below it to hide the core. Finally, do some additional work on the surrounding area, to make it looking perfect. When you're done, post "My god, it's full of stars" in the general ingame chat! :-D HURRY, THERE ARE ONLY 10 BLUEPRINTS!

As the Rock Raiders continued their expanse they started finding, stealing, and then revamping UEF designs. One of their hauls was a sub orbital platform. Given their ingenuity they were able to drop off a haul of T1 ore and have it automatically processed into Nitron and Kergon X5 at the same time. The only maintenance to this system is the occasional purge of oxygen and hydrogen once in a while while there to fuel up Rock Raider ships. Luxury pads that where originally built in beta and now redone with better skills. Large core uses mostly plastics and some wood there is a little bit of gold but not enough to break a bank! P.S. there is a little copper in the bp i havnt located yet swap this out for the gold is like 0.69m3 of it. Will be working on roads for this pad in the future thanks for looking!!!
