It is fast, agile and has a pretty long range, it can hover perfectly still in the same spot and it can get you up to your ship, platform, etc... in seconds...sadly because of the 8 thrusters it is not compactable! Support-1 is designed for mid-air rescue and salvage operations. It has vertical thrusters to be able to hover in one place without using anti-gravity generator, because those are expensive, huge and heavy! It's M core, so you can easily tow S and XS core ships with it. There's a nice landing pad that can fit most S core ships easily.
