This is the first construct I designed in beta. (Almost) free blueprint with No DRM. That means you can deploy one copy, then create your own core blueprint to make as many more as you require. Rotate so that corner faces you and the opening will be facing you. The concrete foundation is 7 voxels high and can be set down to accommodate most terrain on Alioth with minimal or no flattening.

The wooden style condo is designed to provide plenty of open plan areas for showing off your decorations and trophies, while still being able to segregate areas for certain tasks. The balcony at the back of the 2nd floor provides a great opportunity for spectacular views, while on the ground floor, a dirt bed in front of the large windows provides a natural touch. Built on the middle of the construction grid allows for the owners to expand downwards to provide several basement levels. With plenty of ground space around the condo, several personal speeders can be parked nearby and/or develop more landscaping for natural views and enjoyments.
