The Muncher What is there to say about this ship. Well first she is the last space hauler you will need with 70L containers and being space only she will carry whatever you feed her. Tried and tested with current mission running her last load was 50kt of missions and she didnt blink. with 10 L fuel tanks to make sure u can travel around the galaxy without needing to refuel to often. Selling an old truck, may have had its best times in the 90s. High mileage some scratches and wrinkles but it got a good polish. The engine isnt leaking oil , smells good and drinks a lot. Brakes ok and 1946 Kl of space for ur smuggler loot isnt bad. Suspension takes up to 4000t, belongs to your driving skills. Everything has been optimized and reduced to minimum to save on weight and thus on warp cell consumption. The hovers function also as low-consumption propulsion that can be used for low distances, and provide above 160 km/h without usage of any regular engine. The Warp Tube also features two diagonal rocket engines (800 L) that help to avert any crashes due to inexperience by giving lift and forward speed at the sme time, and also help lifting off from space platforms. Strong lights illuminate dark areas where you try to land. Last but surely not least, the boat is packed with brakes to such extend, that - to give an example - landing from orbit on Jago's surface does not require any engine thrust! With other words, as part of the weight reduction the fuel consumption has been minimized, too. That leaves more space for cargo. The DBI LASH-1 (Light Atmospheric Scanning Hauler) is an efficient scanning vessel for those players looking to get in to scanning. This Small Core ship comes equipped with a single Basic Container Large and enough power to move it when fully loaded. As an atmospheric ship, the LASH utilizes a very open and minimalistic design aesthetic, reminiscent of construction vehicles once used on Earth. Scan tiles, harvest surface ore to pass the time, and move along to the next scan site. Even if you don't find that T3 ore site, you won't be coming back empty handed! Even if you're not scanning, the single large container allows you to utilize the ship as a handy market runner or flower harvester! Modifying this ship to be space-friendly would be a piece of cake, given the extra room and open design. A few space engines, a few retro-rocket brakes, and you'll be scanning all around Helios in no time. This is upgraded version of my previous art-build "Phantom". It's now equipped with DSAT (deep space asteroid tracker), warp drive, more containers, more wings, added vertical boosters on separate tank, added more atmo and space brakes, also removed 2x L atmo engines as they're not needed. slight improvements on voxelwork, but nothing major. also added another level of interior, which is kind of "meh", but it's only so that you can access DSAT from inside the ship. just an upper deck. NOTE - specs highly depend on YOUR talents, if you're not getting as high specs as i have listed, then either train your talents or ask someone to apply their talents on it. I can do it for you aswell, just message me in-game and bring the ship over (i must have build rights to apply talents).
