Now on version 3 that includes all the VPT work that wasn't around when I first made it. The Spindler was my second ship that I made and my first to see space. Many moons later I've completely redesigned it with better, prettier voxel work, upgraded engines and really better stats all the way around. Stats given for the basic engine version, advanced blueprint also available. I am no artist or shipmaker, this is just the culmination of continuous tinkering to my go-to method of getting around. My goal in this game has always just been to cruise around and explore, so the focus of the tinkering has been getting something that flies as well as possible, and I am pretty pleased with how it came out so I thought I would share. It is good for about 50t off of Alioth on the basic version depending on skills. Burn speed is up around 1850 so is pretty forgiving if you come back in to atmo a little hot. Container hub and engines centered on 0,0 so it stays balanced regardless of load. All medium engines so nice and fuel efficient. All a single honeycomb type so feel free to replace with your voxel of choice. Stats are listed for the "basic" engine version which uses pure carbon as the weight reference. Engines also easy to swap out, coordinates in the pictures, though it seems you need to pull the ailerons off to place the engines and put them back on when you are done. Once the war was done, the Star League decided to repurpose the famous Gunstar! After removing the deathblosom (sorry), they added a medium container and plenty of engines for a smooth, stable ride while maintaining the intimidating stance of her original design. Sporting 1 large atmo and four medium space engines, she’s got plenty of umph to get around. Good for local hauling and prospecting, she can carry 30+ tons out of Atmo with minimal piloting/tech skills. Entire design is based on Tier 1/early obtainable components, making her great starter vessel to get out there and start exploring the dark.

The Bp is built with basic and cheap in mind room to expand as u make more money or more items yourself. The Container capacity is with just 1 M container on Bp able to hold 4 so cargo easily expandable.
